Today we are going to learn the Spanish Noun Gender.  Hoy aprenderemos el género del sustantivo en español.  In Spanish, all nouns are either masculine or feminine and singular or plural. But, how do you know the gender of a noun? If you want to be sure, you have to learn them by heart. Fortunately, there are a few general rules you can follow to determine if a noun is feminine or masculine. Not everything associated with a male is masculine and everything associated with a woman is feminine. Most nouns ending in "o" are masculine. Most nouns ending in "a" are feminine Exceptions: Some nouns that end in "a" are masculine and some nouns that end in "o" are feminine.
